Level 2 Award in Risk Assessment (RQF)
This qualification is designed to help improve the workplace culture for occupational Health and Safety by enabling delegates to understand the basic principles of Risk Assessment. It was created in response to industry requirements for all employees to be risk aware.
Whilst not all employees will be required to undertake risk assessments themselves, they may be asked to contribute to the process and this course will provide them with information about the benefits of Risk Assessments so that they can positively contribute to the process.
This Level 2 course is accredited and follows Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF). This qualification is suitable for any member of the organisation who may be asked to contribute to the Risk Assessment process. It is also a suitable first step for those who will have ultimate responsibility for completing Risk Assessments before proceeding to the more advanced Level 3 Award in Risk Assessment.
Course Delivery
A trainer-led course which can be carried out via video call, at a training venue or on-site.
Suitable Attendees
Individuals contributing to, or with responsibility for, the risk assessment process.
Qualification Assessment
The qualification is assessed by a 30 minute multiple-choice examination.
Accreditations
Sits on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) regulated by Ofqual
Course Duration
Learners should expect to undertake 1 day of guided learning including the qualification assessment.
