It was an excellent course which covered a lot of ground. Julie was a very good presenter who delivered lots of information in an easy to understand manner.

I just thought I would make sure you know what a gem your first aid course provider is. Actually, I am sure you know but her course yesterday was outstanding – well organised, varied presentation, well-paced, made relevant for us at the Shed. She could answer questions in more depth than the qualification demanded.

Really well paced and delivered course. Trainer was excellent and answered all questions. I feel much more confident about dealing with a first aid situation that I did at the beginning.

The first aid trainer was excellent. Julie explained everything clearly and kept going over and repeating key elements to ensure all the participants had got it. The role play and hands-on nature of this training really helped to cement the learning. It’s a full day, but very rewarding and you leave feeling better prepared to help out in an emergency situation.
